So often when we are stuck–we are stuck in our thinking.
Taking 5% more responsibility is about taking action in small ways.
For example, the other day I felt very “blah,” and unmotivated for my day.
I asked myself this question: “How can I take 5% more responsibility for my joy?”
I came up with so many ideas: exciting new work projects, organizing fun trips, playing more paddle tennis (a sport I have come to love), and making plans to connect with people I adore.
It shifted my mood completely.
